This control can promote a more positive change He values the belief that hope and change realistically maintained and encouraged can set a client on the road to a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

His service is confidential to the highest level. Paul practices an integrative style of counselling which includes CBT.
Therapy plans are structured exclusively for the individual client in accordance with the client's personal needs. Paul has considerable experience in helping clients across a broad range of issues.
