The therapy room is comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. Unfortunately, due to the layout of the premises there are no toilet/bathroom facilities available for those attending one of the talking therapies.  This does not usually present a problem as appointments generally l​ast one hour and many people attending come from within a local radius where their homes are not too far away.
